About Us
Bluff City Dental was founded in May 2017 by Memphis native Dr. Phillip Isaacman. Located in the South Main Historic District, the office boasts a space rich in history, but with modern flair. Dr. Isaacman and his dedicated staff provide high-quality solutions for all your dental needs in a relaxed setting.
Bluff City Dental accepts many insurance plans, including Delta Dental (all states), Blue Cross Blue Shield Tennessee, Cigna, Metlife, Aetna, Humana, United Healthcare, United Concordia, GEHA/Connection Dental, DenteMax, Ameritas, Principal, Guardian, Sun Life Financial and Reliance Standard Life. Dr. Phillip Isaacman, DDS
Dr. Phillip Isaacman is a graduate of the University of Memphis and the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center, and has been practicing dentistry in the Mid-South since 2006. The 901 native performs all aspects of general dentistry including fillings, bonding, root canals and prosthetics, and is especially adept in crowns and aesthetics. Dr. Isaacman is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association and Memphis Dental Society.
Growing up visiting his father’s dental practice in East Memphis often, Dr. Isaacman knew he wanted to pursue a white coat at a young age. After putting a decade of experience under his belt, the White Station High School alumnus decided to open his own practice,Bluff City Dental, in his favorite part of town. He has seen the progression of Downtown Memphis over the years and is pumped to be in such a prime location. (Go Grizz!)
Dr. Isaacman takes pride in being very accommodating for his patients. Whether it’s scheduling an appointment after hours or handing out his cell phone number to field questions, he always goes the extra mile. Often lightening the seriousness of dentistry with his sense of humor, Dr. Isaacman enjoys being able to provide high-quality solutions for all your dental needs in a relaxed setting.
